We are looking for an experienced and motivated National Sales Manager to join our team and lead the way in delivering sales growth. The successful candidate will have a track record of success in sales management and an in-depth understanding of the construction sector.
About the role:
A key part of the role will be to ensure all customer opportunities are maximised to grow our market share. You will achieve this by managing existing business and key accounts and generating new account sales and growth. You will be responsible for processing new business enquiries, project management to ensure target deliveries are attained, and dealing with key suppliers.
You will be commercially astute, have excellent negotiation and communication skills, and be a persuasive team player. Technical experience and/or an understanding of the technical insulation industry is required, along with good IT skills. The ability to travel is essential for this role.
